General Rules

Always use ThanX Finance's trademarks and brand elements in accordance with these Guidelines, as well as any other guidelines ThanX Finance has provided you. All rights we grant you to use our trademarks and brand elements require that you specify that the trademarks and brand elements belong to ThanX Finance. ThanX Finance can modify or revoke at any time, in its sole discretion, any permission we grant you to use our trademarks.

Permitted Use

Please only use the brand elements found in these Guidelines.

You may refer to ThanX Finance's trademarks and brand elements to accurately describe how your products or services relate to our products or services.

You may refer to ThanX Finance and ThanX Finance's products and services using the word "ThanX Finance" when creating communities and related social media accounts, but please do not imply any sort of official business affiliation or sponsorship byThanX Finance. For example, you may call your group "ThanX Prague Community," but not "Official ThanX Sponsored Czech Users".

Prohibited Use

The following usage of ThanX Finance's trademarks or brand elements are prohibited. Please do not:

• Use the ThanX Finance logo or any of our brand elements in a way that suggests or implies an endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, or affiliation where such a relationship does not exist.
• Use our trademarks, logos, or any other recognizable portion of any of ThanX Finance's trademarks or logos, in your business name, app name, website name, domain name, social media handle, or other source.
• Copy our look and feel, or imitate our logo or visual identity by incorporating ThanX Finance's brand elements, or anything confusingly similar, into your own trademark, logo, product or service name, business name, trade name, website domain, or slogan.
• Feature ThanX Finance's brand elements in connection with pornography, illegal activity, or other material that violates ThanX Finance's Terms & Conditions.
• Monetize ThanX Finance's brand elements, such as selling ThanX Finance-themed merchandise.

Attribution Language

Where you have been granted permission to use our trademarks through these guidelines or through other written authorization from ThanX Finance, you must always include the attribution language provided for you in your written authorization, or by including the following statement at the bottom of the page:

"ThanX Finance and the ThanX Finance logo are trademarks of ThanX Digital Solutions, Inc., and are used here with permission."

For community-run websites and social media accounts, please also include clear language that this is a community-run website or account and is not maintained or affiliated with ThanX Digital Solutions, Inc.
